Center and Quiet with the Breath

In this seventy five minute yin sequence, see if you can observe the space between every inhalation and exhalation.   Every breath is unique.   See if you can observe their differences.  We have the illusion that every breath is exactly the same,  but if we observe them closely, every breath is perfectly unique.  Every breath is new.   Feel the light in the next inhale.   The joy of breathing,  of being able to breath.   Breath by breath, your thoughts might drift away, just let them be.   Let them pass and come slowly, carefully, slowly, purposefully back.   Come back to your breath.   It is waiting for you,  pay attention to your breath.    Feel your body,   your shoulders, your neck, feel your forehead, feel your breath, breath by breath.
